As a founder, I work with a simple assumption.
No one cares about your idea.
In the beginning, every complaint hit me in the chest. We would move in hours, not days, because small companies don’t survive a slow response.

We discussed and tried ideas on paper first.
Then we tested them on real shipments.
Customers’ feedback decided what stayed.
If it removed headaches, we kept it.
If it created new ones, we threw it out.
That is how our three programs took shape.
They exist to make weekly shipping calmer and more predictable for distributors.
This week we shipped 7 pallets, 5,784 kg of zinc anodes to two clients in the Netherlands.
As per customer request, we split the zinc anodes by type. One pallet per type.
That makes put-away, counting, spot checks, internal transfers, and onward shipments faster.
From a 1,000+ model catalogue, we pulled 38 top-turn SKUs into the Nautical Armor 21-Day Promise to keep replenishment predictable and inventory lean.
The 21-day clock starts at order confirmation and ends at delivery to your warehouse in the EU and Norway.
If we miss the 21-day window for reasons on our side, we pay you.
€500 credit memo per late pallet. Force majeure excluded.
How it works:
- You order from the 38 selected SKUs
- We run those items through a dedicated weekly flow
- Packing and documents follow a repeatable standard to reduce surprises
Operational terms:
- Scope: EU + Norway
- MOQ: 1 pallet, mixed SKUs (approx. 850–1,250 kg)
- Capacity: up to 4 pallets per week
- Incoterms: EXW (door delivery available at cost)
- Documents: EUR.1 + CMR
- Quality: MIL-A-18001K compliant; chemistry in line with MIL-DTL-18001L (per COA); traceability; ±3%
