We deliver Operational Certainty.
I have learned something the hard way.
When things go wrong, it is easy to stare into the past like it owes you answers. You replay decisions. You rewrite conversations in your head. You promise yourself you will “do it differently next time.”
And sometimes… that becomes a hiding place.
I know, because I have done it.
I have stayed with a familiar option even when it wasn’t the best one – not because I did not see the problem, but because switching felt risky. New supplier, new routine, new unknowns. You tell yourself you’re being “careful.”
But if I’m honest, it was just indecision wearing a nice suit.
The best operators I have worked with don’t live like that.
They don’t wait for perfect certainty.
They take the next clean step.
They move. Then they adjust.
And the funny thing is: once you start moving, the right decisions get easier to see.
That is exactly how I look at anode supply today.
If you are a marine equipment distributor (procurement, CEO), you don’t need another motivational speech.
You need fewer fires. Fewer emergency calls from service yards. Fewer “we’ll see” delivery dates.
You need stock you can actually count on – nautical anodes that arrive when you said they should.
That is what we built Nautical Armor around: Operational Certainty.
Here are the two ways most distributors start with us — and why they work.
1) Nautical Armor 21-Day Promise
For core SKUs in the EU + Norway.
From written order confirmation until delivery to your warehouse: 21 days.
If the delay is on our side: €500 credit memo per late pallet (force majeure excluded).
It’s the easiest “first step” because it reduces risk fast.

2) Nautical Armor Collaborative Forecasting
If you prefer medium or large volume orders: share a 60-day plan, we reserve foundry capacity, and we ship to the dates you actually need.
This is how stockouts stop being a “seasonal tradition.”
One more capability (high-margin, high-urgency)
We also build Nautical Armor Custom propeller anode sets (3–4 weeks) – typically when a captain / yard needs an exact match and time is tight.
How it usually works: photos + measurements → drawing + offer → written order confirmed (clock starts) → produce + ship.
This can ship standalone, or alongside 21-Day Promise / Collaborative Forecasting orders.
If you want to move (today, not “sometime”)
